Minimum Order

Please note that The Floss Box has a minimum order of $2.25.

Account Log in

The Floss Box uses Google accounts for logins so that greater security is provided to both the customers and The Floss Box. If you for some reason prefer not to have a Google account, just send your order to info@theflossbox.com, and your order will be handled manually. The second option is to request a custom listing on Etsy, just look for theflossbox and send a message!

Payments

All payments are handled through Paypal. You may pay with either a credit card or a Paypal account. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. I will accept personal checks if no other payment works, but the patterns will not be sent until the check clears. Please contact me for the details.

Delivery

Patterns are delivered either via download or via regular mail. Please make sure that you order the correct format. To access your downloadable patterns, just log in with the same account used to purchase the patterns and go to Orders and click on the order number to see the list of downloads.

Pattern Replacements

The store allows all the pdf patterns to be downloaded 3 times (in order to prevent abuse). If for some reason you need to have the patterns downloaded again or need an email replacement, please send a message with your order number, and your order will be reset, so you can request them again, or the patterns can be emailed directly to you, if you prefer.

Privacy

The Floss Box values your privacy, so there are no ads, no tracking cookies and no "Like" buttons on this site. Also, no personal data, financial info, or passwords are stored by this site.
