Welcome to The Floss Box store. Here are answers to a few questions regarding the store. Feel free to contact The Floss Box if you need additional help.


Payment
You may pay with your Paypal account or a credit card through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card


Patterns
All purchased patterns are available as downloads once payment is confirmed. You should receive an email that your files are ready. You can find them in the My Accout link. Click the Files tab. You are limited both in time and the number of times you may download the files, so please be careful. If your download fails for some reason, contact The Floss Box, and your files will be emailed to you. Please double check that you have entered a valid email under your account or you won't receive messages from the store.


Saving Patterns
Once you are in the Files tab and have a pattern available to download, click the link to open the file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view the file. Once you are there, you must be sure to save the file on your computer. To do this, go to the File tab in the upper left corner, and go to Save As. Choose the folder you want your pattern save in. Do not save your file in a windows tmp folder.


Selling Stitched Products with patterns from The Floss Box
You may sell items you make from patterns purchased at The Floss Box. You are limited to 12 items, after you have sold those you will need to purchase the pattern again.
